Who am I?

As a mum of 3, PE teacher, life coach and money coach, I understand the stress of trying to juggle home and work. I’m also familiar with the feelings of guilt, the exhaustion and the feeling that life might be passing us by.
I know that finding time to do everything is impossible, so the challenge is designed to be simple and get results quickly.
